Delivery

We ship from Craigieburn via Australia Post express. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, express takes 1 to 3. Your gown ships in time to arrive before your shoot date. Local to Melbourne's north? Book a studio visit at 11 Kinglake Crescent and collect it in person.

The bond

A $100 refundable bond is collected when we confirm your order. It's returned in full once the gown comes back in good condition. Cleaning is included — there's no need to wash it before returning. Return postage or studio drop-off is your responsibility.

Hire period

Hire runs for 3 days from the date the gown lands with you. If you need it for longer, or if your shoot date changes after you've ordered, call us on 0431 231 550. We'll do what we can to accommodate. Availability permitting, we can usually extend or shift dates with enough notice.
